1. Academic Enrollment & Attendance
Enrollment into Assam Science & Arts Academy signifies acceptance of all school rules, academic syllabi, and disciplinary standards. A mandatory attendance threshold of 75% across all theoretical and laboratory sessions is enforced as a prerequisite for appearing in school and council examinations.
2. Fee Payments & Due Dates
Tuition, examination, and transportation fees must be settled in accordance with the prescribed billing cycles. Invoices are accessible via the Parent and Student Portals. Late fees apply for overdue instalments. Fees once remitted for completed terms or admission registration are non-refundable.
3. Campus Discipline & Zero-Tolerance Policies
The Academy strictly enforces zero tolerance for ragging, bullying, violence, vandalism, substance abuse, and unfair academic practices during examinations. Infractions are subject to disciplinary hearings, suspension, or expulsion.
4. Official Online Portal Usage
Authorized credentials issued for the ERP portal (Student ID, Parent PIN, Faculty Login) are non-transferable. Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and reporting any unauthorized access to the administration immediately.
